If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond and maintain correspondence. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Tool and calculator inputs
Inputs to our interactive tools (household size, income figures, situation selections, and similar) are processed locally in your browser using JavaScript. They are not sent to our servers, not stored after you leave the page, and not shared with anyone.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting infrastructure and analytics tools may automatically collect standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring pages, and timestamps. We use this in aggregate to understand site performance and improve content.

We retain email correspondence only as long as needed to handle it. Automatically collected technical data is retained per our hosting and analytics providers' standard schedules. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain processing. Because we collect so little, most requests are simple to honor. To make a request, email contact@nationalreliefprogram.org with the subject "Privacy Request." We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Do Not Track and opt-out signals
Where our tools recognize browser-based opt-out signals (such as Global Privacy Control), we honor them to the extent required by applicable law.
